300D Polyester Oxford Fabric is a highly cost-effective and durable textile, recognized asan exceptionally lightweight option within the 300D polyester category . Woven from 300-denier polyester yarns using a plain weave, it offers a light feel without compromising on excellenttear resistance, abrasion resistance , and dimensional stability. Usually finished with a PU (Polyurethane) backing coating, it deliversoutstanding waterproof, windproof, and stain-resistant capabilities.

AI Concept Artwork & Printing Specifications

We warmly welcome the use of AI tools to explore design concepts and visual styles as initial creative inspiration.
However, AI-generated images typically do not meet the technical standards required for high-quality dye-sublimation printing (lacking vector layering, CMYK color calibration, and large-format high resolution). Printing them directly can lead to blurry edges, pixelation, and visual distortion. Therefore, our team will digitally re-illustrate your concepts to convert them into production-ready engineering artwork that meets all manufacturing standards.

Color Calibration Guidelines (Pantone)

Specifying Color Codes (Recommended): We recommend providing standard Pantone codes (Pantone PMS / TCX / TSX) for your primary and accent colors. This allows our team to match colors precisely against physical swatches during sampling and mass production.
Standard Default Printing: If specific color codes are not provided, files will be printed strictly according to the CMYK values in the document. Due to color-gamut differences between digital displays (RGB) and fabric sublimation substrates, minor visual color variances may occur in the finished product.
